This Introduction to Rock Climbing takes place on sunny Quadra Island. All equipment is provided over this two day course. Please meet at the Hariot Bay Inn parking lot at 8:00 am. Please ensure you bring both medical and waiver forms.
This two day Transport Canada approved training course manages medical and trauma emergencies within the marine environment. This course takes place at the Hagensborg Legion from 8:30 - 4:30 daily.
This one day Emergency First Aid training program focuses on Airway, Breathing and Circulatory emergencies. This training takes place at the Hagensborg Legion from 8:30 - 4:30.

Other medical emergencies such as fractures management, environmental emergencies, head and spinal emergencies and other medical emergencies. This 10 day advanced First Aid course is designed for workers that are more than 20 minutes from a medical facility. Medical and Trauma emergencies covering Airway, Breathing and Circulatory emergencies are covered. Patient assessment and First Aid Records are utilized for injured workers. This training takes place at the Hagensborg Legion from 8:30 - 4:30 daily.

Topics such as equipment, crag safety, belaying, anchors, knots, rappelling, etc. Lots of great climbing takes place in two different locations. All equipment is provided. Please meet at the Hagensborg Shop Easy parking lot at 8:30 am. Please ensure your medical form and waiver form are filled out and complete on the first day in the am.
This two week, four certification program provides Raft guides training for class 2 rivers, Standard First Aid with CPR "C", Swift Water Rescue Technician training and the BC Bear Viewing Guides level 1 certification. Training adheres to NPFA 1006 and Transport Canada training guidelines. Training takes place throughout the Bella Coola Valley utilizing the Bella Coola River. All equipment is provided during this training.
This three day NFPA 1006 certification program manages water rescue emergencies in Class 2/3 rivers. Topics include river dynamics, knots, mechanical advantage systems, working from simple to complex rescues, swimming rivers safely in class 2/3 rivers, upstream / downstream containment, including rescue scenarios.
Your training is NFPA 1006 approved. All required equipment is included in your training.

We offer General Mountaineering Courses and Guided Mountaineering through-out British Columbia. We specialize in Vancouver Island and the BC Central Coast of BC.
We have a number of White Water Rafting locations through-out Vancouver Island and both Central and North Coast's of British Columbia. We also have two (2) 29' Ocean Canoes that fit 12 paddlers. They are great for team building activities and are utilized in our Central Coast Expedition and Quadra Island to Cortez Island Adventure Paddle. We provide all wetsuits, helmets, PFD's, paddles and necessary safety items. We have SUP Boards and Seay Kayaks for rental while you are enjoying a visit to Quadra Island.
